You awaken slowly, disoriented, and are startled by the appearance of a white rabbit. "Follow the white rabbit" echoes through your mind. You are compelled to comply.

You follow the White Rabbit, as the echoing voice in your head instructs, across catwalks weaved through buildings, moving under turning cogs, your ears filled with the hissing of steam moving through the pipes around you. The rabbit leads you to a building and nods it's head toward the open archway before you. Over the portal is a worn sign, the paint peeling in places. The words are simply black text upon hardwood. "Wayward Direction Center". Should you look around, the rabbit is gone.

Once inside, the room is rather plain. The walls seem to be of some rusted metal, riveted together. Before you, near the center of the sparce room and hanging from the ceiling, is a hornlike device, much like a phonograph. As you enter, it recites the following in a mechanical voice, tinny but laced with good humor:

"Welcome to the Recourse, Wayward. We understand your confusion and it is well-deserved. We apologize for your unscheduled departure from your dimension of origin and hope to have this problem rectified shortly. In the meantime, we offer our facilities to your disposal until such time as your return may be arranged.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and ask that you take this care package in recompense. Enjoy your stay aboard the Recourse, Wayward. Have a nice day."

There is a rumbling sound from above, and through a pipe in the ceiling falls a bundled package at your feet.

Ever feel like the world's just got you down? That it's bigger than you really think? That there really might be blood-thirsty monsters on your tail? That those teachers just don't understand that you can ace a mythology test but still fail English?

Welcome to Cabin Eleven, a 'dressing room' style RP for Percy Jackson & the Olympians. Named after the infamously welcoming summer habitat of Hermes' half-blood offspring, the community is intended for those who don't want to have to deal with the stress of activity checks, taken-character lists, or application processes (though we're not stopping you). Here at Camp Half-Blood we don't sort you with any silly singing hat, you sort yourselves (because lets face it--your parents might not be up to it).

We accept both book and film canons, the various greek deities, and canon!original characters. Feel free to use the community as a springboard for new characters, or even a crack-filled free-for-all. We're pretty chill here. Just please keep in mind that not only are some characters going to be pulled in from other games, but that we may have several mirrors--which is most of the fun of it!

Also, while we're pretty accepting here in Cabin Eleven of all sorts of various shenanigans, keep all that lovey-dovey stuff in Cabin Ten. They're better at dealing with the mess of broken hearts.
